Name: Naegi Makoto
Age: 19-21
Affiliation: Future Foundation, Kibougamine/Hope's Peak Academy
Family: Naegi Komaru (little sister)
Occupation: Future Foundation member, Kibougamine Headmaster
Abilities:
Having once been unrealistically optimistic to the point where he unintentionally inflicted pain upon others in his pursuit of preserving hope--By the end of Season 3, Makoto retains his wish to pursue hope but on a more rational scale. He is fairly receptive to compromise, and though has instances of being stubborn regarding his ideals--He also understands that his situation greatly differs from those around him, and that he should not assume everyone's shares the same ideals, and that just because another's ideals differ from his own does not mean that they are inherently wrong.
For the time being, his wish is to help the world heal in the wake of despair in every way that he can.
Due to the events of both the first two games as well as the third season, Makoto suffers from a great deal of survivor's guilt and self-loathing. He often hides it well enough, but makes an effort to sleep alone with thorough sound-proofing in his private quarters at his branch of the Future Foundation in order to ensure that no one finds out that he still consistently suffers nightmares regarding the first game's events. The death of Sayaka in particular continues to haunt him greatly, though the deaths of his classmates as a whole have left him with a deep emotional scar that leave him pushing himself past what is healthy in order to ensure that their deaths were not in vain.
Background:
[Under construction]
I can write Makoto from a variety of points on the canon timeframe, namely:
Age: 19-21
Affiliation: Future Foundation, Kibougamine/Hope's Peak Academy
Family: Naegi Komaru (little sister)
Occupation: Future Foundation member, Kibougamine Headmaster
Abilities:
BadGood Luck - His 'talent', though he doesn't believe it to be anything particularly special. Despite how he shrugs it off as being miniscule in comparison to the talents of his friends, his luck is difficult if not altogether impossible to predict even through Junko's hyperanalytic abilities.- Tenacity & Sheer willpower - Makoto may be a normal human being, but know that he more than makes up for his lack of physical strength or outstanding talent with the massive amount of stubbornness he has as well as obligation he feels as someone who survived the events of the first game.
